Fitness Consulting/Training Design-
No conditioned athlete spends an hour on the treadmill to get in shape, so why do you? Most people are working out consistently but seeing inconsistent results. You spend 45 minutes on a treadmill and still can’t climb a flight of stairs. SheBe Gold Athletics will design your training program to get you in condition to enhance your performance in your daily life. Training Design also includes sport specific conditioning programs.

Performance Exercise Classes (www.shebegold.com)
Performance Exercise is a group exercise class that meets Saturdays at Rohr Park in Chula Vista. The fee is $25.00 per week or 5 weeks for $100.00. For a fraction of the price you might pay for the average personal trainer, come out to the park and learn what athletes do to get in shape. Classes are interactive and fun. Athletes exercise with purpose. Now you can too! Learn to use a method where each exercise lasts no longer than 30 seconds so boredom is not an option! Our P.E. (Performance Exercise) class has already been featured on NBC San Diego’s Morning news and the local San Diego WB Network, KUSI and the San Diego Union Tribune P.E. Isn’t Just For Kids Anymore!!!

Nutrition Therapy
Many degenerative maladies can be prevented or relieved with proper nutrition.
